Being a part of the support groups has been
inspirational, educational, and moving all at the same time.

Every week I walk out with a new mindset and an arsenal of practical tools to deal with my family. Sitting in a room filled with other mothers and fathers tells me, ‘I'm not alone. We’re all in it together,' - and, of course, with all of you at Madraigos, by our side to cheer us on."
